Safe Haven Law Aids Negligent Parents

Last Wednesday, a total of 11 children had fallen to a hospital in Omaha Nebraska ridiculously large shelter law. Some parents really don t deserve the title. And the worst part is, parents do not t even have to explain why.. As the last state in the nation to pass such a law, Nebraska is unique in that its refuge law allows parents to download their children, up to 19 years in area hospitals.
